The typical costs for selling the property are as follows:
1) Agent's commission (2% of selling price + GST)
2) Conveyancing fees (amount subjective to size of transacted price, type of property and if property is fully paid)
3) Admin fees to discharge bank loan where applicable (penalty for early discharge maybe applicable subject to your loan package).
4) Stamp Duty where applicable if you are selling within the holding period
